Each session is shaped entirely around you — a personalized yoga and rest practice, woven together with breathwork or somatic work, and real space to be heard and held. You'll leave with something simple to carry, plus email support for 48 hours afterward, so you're never left to figure it out alone.
Three sessions held over six weeks, each one tailored entirely to you — personalized yoga and rest practices, space to go deeper, and ongoing email support woven in between. You'll also receive a curated resource list to enrich your practice, and a closing reflection and practice plan to carry the work forward long after we finish.
Six sessions over three months — a complete rest and embodiment programme that grows with you. Weekly check-ins via voice note or email keep you supported between sessions, alongside a full resource and reading library to explore in your own time. We close with a personalized practice guide, something you can return to long after our work together ends.

Hello!Long before I had language for this work, I was already living it. Learning through stillness, through feeling, through the quiet intelligence of the body.
I've been teaching yoga for five years, but the real education came long before any formal training. It came through lineage, through the wisdom carried in my bones from those who came before me. African and diaspora traditions have always understood the body as sacred, rest as resistance, and presence as a practice, and that understanding lives at the heart of everything I offer.
When we work together, I'm not standing above you. I'm sitting beside you, holding space for whatever wants to unfold.

Not at all. These sessions are designed to meet you wherever you are — complete beginner or long-time practitioner. The only requirement is a willingness to show up.

A quiet space, a yoga mat or comfortable surface to lie on, and a device with a camera. Wear comfortable clothing you can move and rest in.
